So earlier I got this message

I tried moving it to a vault, but then it is like this

Not sure if it's a bad thing, so any suggestions?

Detected on open means it was detected after the .dll was initialized. Also AVG is a terrible A/V.

And check to see if the file is still in that directory, if it is then it's keeping your A/V from getting rid of it, but it is possible that AVG just deleted it itself.

AVG ain't terrible, but there are better (paid) options. The detection looks like a generic adware installation (ie those extra adware programs that come along with certain setups), shouldn't be hard to remove even if it got installed. It's most likely nothing serious, nor is it anything "bad". Just go through your installed programs and check if you have any ad toolbars etc. installed
