So I decided to update my drivers and when I tried to scan for updates I got this:

Start > Run > DXDIAG
Go to Graphics and it'll tell you your GPU.

And @-Blood-, if that doesn't work, go on Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements test any game.
And it will tell you your graphics card at the results page.
