Problem has been going on for a bit now k doo i have an ati hd radeon 5770 this one [img]http://www.ixb*****m/video3/images/juniper/xfx-5770-front.jpg[/img] problem is one day i was gaming and the screen whent black soo im like wtf eh soo i installed my gtx 260 that works fine looked around made sure all drivers and shit were installed right put the ati card back in same fucking problem soo i have rage quit that card tell i know what the fuck is wrong with it i know its not cooked/fryed/fucked its some fucking isuse halp please also fan spins super fast like the drivers are not working ?also dont bee like shit card bro idgaf mommys boys i bought it my own money soo fuck ya also dont be like buy a new one soory i know this one will work soo noo need to but ya please help...................... trolls need not apply

Uninstall Nvidia drives.
Get GPU-Z or something and check the temperature.
Open Catalyst Control Center. (Right click desktop).
Click on Overdrive.
Check the fan speeds.

as soon as i put the damn ati card in the screen is forever black soo ya got all the stuff listed i know what im doing just this mindfucksme

And how exactly do you know that the card doesn't have a hardware malfunction? Sure sounds like it does to me...

Have to agree on this one..If screen went black and other card work when inserted then it's a hardware thing...
the thing that fans spin suggests that card is not fried but some part is not working...
if u have warranty on it go replace it...

well i have to take it too some tech guy get it tested just pisses me off cuz i cant play all the good games thanks for your input mpgh
