I wanna create hacks for SA SEA.
Who can help me ? Plus, what software can I use to create hacks ?
I am sincere in learning how to code hacks. ;]

How much do you know about programming in general ? Before you can start coding hacks, you need solid knowledge of a powerful programming language like C++.
