im in it + i have weights at home
weight:145
Dumbbells:25
sit ups: 120
i don't do chest much just abs and arms
well my gym class doesnt let me bench alot theres a certain max, but so far i can bench 15 reps of 165
Hmm, how much do I lift? I couldn't give you an accurate number as I haven't benched in a while now. If I need to lift weights I normally deal with dumbbells.
Having said that, I just ordered me a set of SelectTech 552 Dumbbells.
I think my shoulders,abs, and legs are probably 2x - 3x stronger
Idk because I haven't gone to a gym in a long time. But I remember doing that thing where you lay on your back and push a weight with your legs. I did 100lbs.

Height: 6'4"
Age: 18
Benchpress: 225 (same)
Deadlift: 300 (got me beat)
Power Clean: N/A (haven't done it)
Curl: 5 sets of 15 reps with 30 lb's.
I thought it would be easier to match up with the age and height as well And I don't take a class, many of my friends are bodybuilders so they just invite me to lift with them.
@The Rectum Ranger It's just to compare what each other can do /fp For my height and weight I'm not lifting as much as I should be, how is that being a tough guy? Dumbass.
