I . Console Introduction

Some of you may be wondering what is a console . Well , if you are/were a Counter-Strike player , it should ring a bell . It's not very different from the console there , it's just smaller and has a black background . Instead of describing it , maybe I should show you how it looks .



This is how it looks . Still confused on what it is ? Wondering "Why is this sucker showing us pictures about how it looks ?" ? Well , here is my simple explanation . A console is a tool , used to grant you some "boosts" as I like to call them . It manipulates the game client , offering you opportunities to change the game in ways you cannot do by beeing a legit player . You do that by binding commands to selected keys or by using these command directly , typing them in the console , even though it's recommended to use the first option . Now all this "power" has its limits , meaning that you cannot control/change/manipulate anything/everything . Let's see what you can actually do :

• Having problems dodging enemy's attacks ? HP potions are limited in dungeons to 16 and it's not enough ? You wish you could be GOD ? Well you can actually can .
• You like hitting hard but you are a sissy girl ? You would like more attack and everytime you go for +6/7/8 your weapon breaks ? You wish you could be SATAN and kill anything in a second ? You can do that too .
• 11 Secondary weapons are not enough for you in a dungeon ? You can work with 11 but still want more or you just don't wanna spend that much money on buying secondary weapons ? Ever wished to complete to task like "Kill boss one with spears ! & Kill boss two with small bombs !" in the same run ? Keep reading ..
• You dislike that annoying video that appears after you hit "Start" on the boat ? You wish it would just take you to the dungeon and let you do your thing ? It's not immposible ...

These are just some advantages you get by using a console . Keep reading to see more .

II. How can I use a console in Vindictus ? What else can it do ? How to use those advantages ?

Ok . Now to use this godly tool , you will need some files .

• The console files which it's actually just a dll
• An injector such as : sinJect , PerX , Winject , Vinject and many others which you can find @ google .

(You will find links to the files mentioned above in the next chapter.)
I am going to use sinJect 2.1.1 in my picture tutorial .Why ? User-friendly interface , "Close after injection" option.
Ok let's do some preparations before we start . Create a folder and name it as you wish . Download your console dll and your injector and place them in that folder . Then follow this :

Now , remember that I said something like "bla bla commands bla bla" ? Well without them the console it's just a thing you Alt-Tab too . You can use commands in two ways : bind them / directly . Directly means to type them and hit enter but it's better to bind them (See "Suggestions") . How to bind them ? Easy :

bind "key" "command"

You can bind multiple commands to one key !

Code:

bind "key" "command1;command2;command3"

Exemple : bind "t" "god"
bind "t" "god;ohk"

Here is a list of working commands and their effect in game .

Misc commands :

• god/godmode (depending on the console you are using)- Infinite HP ! Be the GOD !
• ohk - Well what could that stand for ? O, hi Kevin ! ? Nah . It stands for One Hit Kill ! Be the SATAN !
• cc_send_start_game_message - Long one I know ... This will skip that annoying video I was talking about .
• changelevel2/changelevel 2 (depending on the console you are using) - You don't feel like playing a map ? Wanna kill Blood Lord and replay ? This will help you dash through maps .
• cc_fill_all_items - You don't wanna be a badass hacker , but you still want more HP/Secodary weapons ? Using this will refill all your quickslot items .
• host_timescale 1/2/3/4/5 - You got a good PC and the game speed seems to be slow-motion to you ? Speed the game up with this .

(Note : god & ohk commands must be used everytime you change the map ! ; cc_send_start_game_message must be used AFTER you press "Start" and you boat is departing !)

Secondary weapons :

• cc_set_sub_weapon javelin_lvl2 999 - It gives you 999 Fine Spears
• cc_set_sub_weapon harpoon 999 - Harpoons
• cc_set_sub_weapon handbomb_lvl2 999 - Fine Small Bombs
• cc_set_sub_weapon mining_bomb 999 - Mining Bombs
• cc_set_sub_weapon sticky_bomb 999 - Sticky Bombs (Gift)
• cc_set_sub_weapon flashbang 999 - Light of Palalas
• cc_set_sub_weapon hookshot 999 - Hooks
• cc_set_sub_weapon fishing_rod_cash 999 - Quality fishing rods
• cc_set_sub_weapon snowball 999 - Snowballs

IV. Suggestions , Tips & Tricks :

[Tip]Because you will start the game with the .exe and not from the website , it will be a little bit more bugged and crashes might occure .
[Suggestion]Binding your commands can prevent your game client from crashing (using the commands directly will lead to this)
[Suggestion]Bind keys that are not used by the game already . For example don't bind any command to "R" because you will no be able to "Kick" anymore . Use the number keys (6-0)/Arrow keys .
[Obligation]NEVER cheat on public boats . Create your private one using the "Private(Invitation Only)" option .
[Obligation]NEVER submit a ticket/report any crash to Nexon if you are hacking cause it's a 99% chance to get banned .
[Tip]When using changelevel2/cc_send_start_game_message you can press it X times (depending on how many maps the Battle has) to get to the last one , without having to wait until each of them is loaded.
[Tip]If you are noob enough to hack in public boats , keep in mind not to use the "ohk/god" command because it will be activated for all the party members .
[Suggestion]Don't tell anyone you are a hacker ! Keep it for yourself , you can't trust anybody (in game , not real life friend) .
[Suggestion]Don't share your IGN/account info in gameshacking boards if you are a hacker . Nobody restricts Nexon to register to a forum and take a look .
[Tip]cc_send_start_game_message can replace changelevel2 ! Also , it's best advantage , it bypasses the LeaderBoards ! So you won't end up in Ranking list with immposible times / loots etc.

Pretty good. But here's a question for you. Do both cc_send_start_game_message and changelevel2 bypass the leader boards, or just cc_send_start_game_message? And do you have to click start mission before using the hotkey? Because when I use it without pressing start, it acts like I'm still on the boat. No evil cores drop and the mission will not complete.
