Make Hack Using Eclipse?
Urm i want to make a hack but the coders/compilers or watever that ive been looking at are large files. My internet is really cr4p so i cant download those files. But ive got Eclispe that was installed previously on my laptop and im wondering if i can create a hack using eclipse?
All i want to do is make a hack with no recoil,no spread and see ghost because other features are really obvious to other players that i hack.
If i can make hack using Eclipse can someone tell me how, or send me link to a TUT? Thank You

EDIT: I tried downloading Visual C++ Express (140ish mb) 4 times and keeps failing cuz my internet gets mental breakdown half way through the download D: But the file im downloading is a package with all C++ stuff most i already have
SO IM WONDERING IF THERES A DOWNLOAD FOR JUST THE C++VISUAL EXPRESS PROGRAM
