Why its the grass not to see?????

Try to delete .Minecraft and download again

Driver card is not video card, Bough new Graphic card, this would fix it up.
Try also remove bin folder.
I think your minecraft is missing some files

Try also force update!

and its a new one ....
and its not defekt ...
