You'll need to learn a coding language: C++, if that's what you're asking.
I don't know whether you're just posting this just to throw a message saying:
But any ways, you need to learn the coding language C++, and to do so, reading books and resources, and even tutorials are what is best for you. Having a teacher won't really help. It's better to touch up and explore the language yourself and alone.
