SolvedRequesting Help with permissions

If someone could set me up a config file with the following details so that it will work in game i can give you admin on our server and anything else you may request.

Firstly i need a permissions file so that i can allow people to come on the server without them just destroying everything; and don't think that im just being lazy i've constantly tried but every time i do it; it never works, people aren't in the correct groups and even the admins cannot build.
If someone could set me up a permissions config file that has the groups:
I will have essentials also so the simple essential commands will be nice too


Noob
prefix will be : noob
permissions; they can do all world editing however cannot do any administrative jobs such as kicking banning etc
create a home spawn using the essential permission
be able to return to their home spawn using essential permission

Member
inherits all of noobs functions
prefix [Member]

Trusted
inherits all of member functions
prefix [Trusted]

Admin
inherits all of trusted functions
prefix [Admin]
has all the ban commands and OP commands

im willing to pay for this to be done, for some reason i can't set it up so if you guys could take a look at this i would be very thankful.
