There is an option called 'enable non-active windows' or something similar to that in one of the tabs of MHWalker.
Like it says in the readme file, this is not a big priority to l2noob2. It may or may not work for some people.
Unfortunately, the option doesn't work for me and I have to keep it opened all the time.
I too am trying to figure out a simple way of running it while tabbed.
Summary: In short, just leave vindictus window open.

For now, the option "non-active windows" doesn't work too well. It may or may not work for you. For me it does not work so i have to keep vindictus open.
