Banned ? [EU]

Are you banned ? Let's see .

I see some people are confused so I'll try to clarify something . This is how to see if you got banned :

Enter the game , from website / game directory (enter your ID and PW if you running from directory) . If this pops up :

It doesn't 100% mean that you are banned . I had this issue before , sometimes it's just a temporary error due to their lame servers/hosts . But if you do get that message and you :

& you get 3 matches from your search then you are most likely banned . Why ? cause match number one : "Logged as : ID" , match number two "Persons Viewing this page : ID" , match number 3 "Banned list : ID" .

Well if you don't get that message in NA but instead you get an obvious message that you got banned , don't think there is a tutorial needed xD. Will add that it's available for EU only tho.

You mean a "Please login through the website" is an obvious message?
I got an account banned. Confirmed by a GM in a ticket (obviously, I had to wait 4months+ for an answer)
Not every ban message is obvious. Not because you had 1 obvious ban message that everyone gets that same one.

I'm speaking of NA here, btw.

Well if you said that in NA you can't tell you are banned by following my first post I assumed you get a different error ...

In NA, they made it very simple now. Just one simple message "Please try logging in through the website." If you see this in NA, it's time to make a new account.
