Power lvling

I have seen a lot of posts about this , and i am not sure exactly what it is. I would very much like to rank and so if anyone would like to help me "power lvl" i would really appreciate it. I will gift them something nice too Add me on CA: Knucklenut

do u mean u power or pay to have someone else power level it for u?

Either or. I would rather do it for myself because i dont know if that person would just take the account you know? But i'm not sure exactly what it is
