just asking, is there a way to mod your hat, backpack, vest, etc so u can have more speed or u can be immune to flashes/fire/gas/ etc?

Speed Mod: Private mod, i think literally only 2 or 3 people know how to make it. You can't change the weight of your objects (Backpack, hat, vest)
Immune to Flash/fire/gas: Flash is possible. Fire n Gas is a maybe, you would have to have a real hacker do that

You make only visually remove the flash/fire/smoke. It will still affect you, but you wouldn't be able to see it.
