Nothing can "hide" you per se, trackers always keep information of the active nodes. Unless you intend to solely rely on DHT or the likes (and even that isn't too hard to track), you can never be fully safe. Dunno how your ISP catches you torrenting, but peerblock is something I used to use for the lulz, gave up when I realized there was no real point anyways (my country doesn't do shit if you torrent
