How to use
1. Download Team Destroy EU V4 from attachments
2. Extract it anywhere

4. Start patcher_cf.exe
5. Happy Hacking

Not work with the sxs, all requirement installed

vista 32bit - doesnt work, please create a loader like you did with v3..
