Run and gun, spray and pray or silent walk (crouch-walk or run-walk, whatever you can manage) / lean the fuck outta the game. It seriously takes at least a month or two to even get used to the gameplay and to know "how to play" right, I recommend you just get into some league clans as soon as you can and just play with them till you're good.
