Space Send Keys

Hi, im making a multi tool and for it i would like to make an afk bot.
i have everything i need (a timer that goes of every so often with the sendkeys) but i cant find any way to make it so it presses the key SPACE

i've tried everything, but there is no key that i think you can press.

CAN ANYONE HELP?

oh and im using the my.computer.keyboard.sendkeys method

that does not work, that merely sends the value " " not the key Space, im wondering if there is a direct Space key, just like how theres an enter key, "{ENTER}".

also, just on the downside do you know where any working injector tutorials are?
i spent 5 hours discovering my own injection method to find out it was patched in nearly every fps game in the year 2008 D:
