Solvedwhere to post name change

I am a donator, and i would like to change my name, but i dont have 1000 post, so my first question is- is this the right place to post this? and if i would like my name changed to just Kie. Also i would like to add a tag, so could someone plz tell me were i post that.

Plugins are still down. Just talked to Dave about it, he said they should be up "soonish".
