My favorite one was TronScape, but the original was taken down because they started trying to sell in-game items they put in it and Jagex sued the shit out of them 
It had 1.3x EXP gain rate so you didn't RAPE your stats, cap was 120 for everything, revamped dungeoneering with their own set of skills (they had explosives for a skill, new age chemistry, physics which let you increase the chance of bouncing your attacks multiple times into the enemy and others) it was epic. It was like RS on steroids. And the entire map was futuristic with a Tron look to it, custom created, ahhh I miss it.

Well I used to play every server haha fire ok is a favorite I used to play it before it became popular I'm an ex admin and don't really play it much crisisx was good but I look for un popular ones and make them good
