Acc haked

Hi Guys. a hacker get my acc. i send ticket to warrock but they dont change or reset my password. my acc is lvl 21 (91%) bronze premium and has kd of 1.53. now the hacker gives out all my money for shit weapons and my kd ist 1.39. can some one help me pls

Wenn sie dir fehlt dann kannst du den account nur blocken ... aber dann selber nciht mehr mit dem zoggen...soweit ich bescheid weiß!

if u havent the question than u only can block the acc and noone can use the acc...

you pretty much got that one up the butt im sorry to tell you u can change the secret questions by giving a transaction number and u can get the account back when u submit a ticket and then change the answers then pass and there you go
