ABOUT MODDING ACCOUNT

Ok so i have a question: Modding is when you change the sking of th weapon.
And when you change faster rof etz, what is called?Modding asswell?
Cuz when i download a mod, the sking is different, but the rof, faster reload etz... doesn't change.
How i can know when all of you post a mod, how i know if te rof, reload etz... is changed?

Rof and reload time can be changed. its a Hex edit/Model mod. you have to use hex edit on the Anibase or Ani_G file
