Any one ells having this problem?

Alright i had 30-50 ping like a week ago now im at a base 130+ ping? wtf... i can't play cf anymore is to laggy any help?

close any process you don't want ... make sure u don't download things .. or just reboot your computer ... If that don't help then i cant help u :c
