Managed Code Injection?

This looks nice, but it also looks like a complicated pain in the ass that may or may not be worth anything. Does anyone else have an opinion on this? Is it worthwhile or useful?

I've done it before, it works. Useful? Not sure, unless you gain a really big benefit for coding in managed code then stick to unmanaged code. Most game hack coders would probably stay away from this, lol.
