GUys Need a small HElp

HEllo all
GUys NOw a days i am fond of Ghost mode so i just wanted to learn that Bunny Hop and a lag Jump i dont knwo weather both r same or wat :P
I just want some1 teaching in words even Video accepted :P

both are different and idk how to teach u its really complicated but easy...

check the tutorial section..lol
and i believe bunny hop and lag jump is different..idk
