❓ Gameguard error 114

Everytime I try to Play usf on my laptop (always played on it) it says:

Gameguard error : 114

Gameguard initialization error. Try rebooting and executing the game or close the program considered to cause a collision.

I already rebooted the game like 24 times. Someone know how to find The colliding program?
I wanna Play usf.

Solution :
Step 1) Right-click your Reactor
Step 2)Click on Properties
Step 3)Compatibility Tab
Step 4)Check the box in Compatibility Mode and go to the drop down menu and click on the OS System you're running on.
Step 5)Exit Reactor, End it's process and retry.
