It doesn't work, and it will not work because you are using "SendKeys.Send" method which will never work for crossfire
You need something stronger to make direct input using VB.NET/C#
What is it?

Yes Typing wsws repeated ly doesnt work anymore here is a example usually i get kick about the 60 killz mark with this i get kicked about 80 and holding slash for the knife lets me go up to 90 killz. Just program it in 1.5 mins jump and crouch.
