ITS a CHEAT ENGINE it reads memmory u tell it what to read,Its not a hack program with wall hack etc built into it.!

A Cheat engine is memory editing software, it can be used to search for adresses, edit memory,and a lot more.
There´s also an article in Wikipedia about it.

Try to reinstall and retry if it doesnt work then try to restart combat arms

I said a while ago i DL it i opened it with No AV tho :P and it is a workin UCE.
