How to host mod menus on Cod4 [Steam] Four Menus Below!
Instructions
1. Simply download any Cod4 mod menu
2. Extract it to "(C:) > Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steam Apps > Common > Call of Duty 4 > Mods" (If you don't have this folder just make one)
3. Start Call of Duty 4
**MOST IMPORTANT STEP!!!!**
4. Go to "options" > "multiplayer options" and make sure Punkbuster is set to off!
5. Select the mod menu you want through the mods option
6. Start the game and have fun
