Duping?

My opinion is that guy buy a lot of DW or other weapon with a lot of amount and just enchant it like crazy and you got +8 and +7 dw done....
maybe that guy wana get to +14 or +13 and he/she lost alot of money doing that he sell +7 and +8 with the same duration?

the number off player that sell gold have being decrease from time to time...
and the number of player that sell item +7 and +8 are increasing...
