how do you do the Double B-Hop and Crouch to get on high places easier 
Go to the box/crate you want to get on.
Hold W + S.
Press the spacebar at 1 second intervals.
Don't crouch.
Hold W + S.
Press the spacebar at 1 second intervals.
Don't crouch.
^Basic tutorial. It will take a bit to learn and get used to. But eventually you'll learn it and master it fully.
