You can´t change your CF skin. But you could mod the sounds or the login screen etc

You can change your skin. They're called UI Mods.
I remember a couple of them released before. I also released one, although it wasn't mine, I just released one and gave credits to the maker of it.

Specify what you mean by "skin".
Btw,"skins"(if you mean the login screen,ui,weapon skins,or character skins) can't be changed while ingame/while crossfire is running.
Anyways,I'm fairly sure this is pretty much solved.
