someone can teach me how to create a simple wall hack, and programs needed to create them.

U need to download C++ Microsot visual studio and ofc...u need the knowledge o C++...and a little bit of D3D and all things will be clear to u....

Making hacks isn't an easy task(unless you're highly experienced, or have good knowledge about it). You need to know/learn coding languages and other important things. You can't slap a bunch of stuff and expect to make a wall hack... No, its all vital and precise coding.
If you want to learn/make a wall hack, learn the coding language, C++ first. We have tons of tutorials around here. Take a look in the C++ section in the programming section. There is tons and tons of books and resources for you, and they are downloadable.
