SolvedWDF? help

when i start ca it loads and when its about to go to login it kicks me to desktop and says "ERROR in CProfileMgr::Init(): Could not initialize ProfileMgr!"
how i fix it? this is one of my 99 problems but a bitch aint one???! help plz lol
