Dll Files

Hi, So i would like to get into coding and this is a noob question. When I download a .dll File, How do i open it to write it? I tryed draging it into the notepad which worked, It had symbles and letters. Am I oping it right?

Another question is, I would like to merge to hacks together as in

I like the wall hack on the first one, But on the second one i like the way the people are highlighted, Is there anyway i can merge them? If so how?

1.no your doing it wrong, ANYTHING can be opened in notepad
sometimes you get understandable plain text, but mostly you get a ton of gibberish nonsence
you cant just open an dll file, not with anything
they are like .exe's in a way, they have to be coded then compiled

2. the 2nd linked hack is patched, it even says so in the title, however that just a texture pack basicly
