So i found out how to fix blurry image 
.
So the thing is this only happens to 32-bit well i have 32-bit -.-
They sayed(i think)that they will fix that but we see how much they helped!
So what you need to do is: Program files/Gamerfirst/Apb Reloaded/Apb game/Config
And search for APB COMPAT.
And first make new folder and copy those files in that new folder then in CONFIG delete them all.
The dumb problem now is that if you don't have much RAM MEMORY you will get OUT OF MEMORY crashes faster
But i don't care i want good image and i am all good with crashing lol i don't get it much but i do get it

32bit . . . man get better pc or play cs1.6 now all pcs has minimum 8gb's of ram's
