They don't exist after the patch. Atleast I haven't seen or heard about any. Just do boosting.
Indeed, Operation Metro with 64 players, Conquest, is pretty good for leveling up faster than normal. Just be effective when spamming with grenade launcher killing alot of players, or just revive/throw some medical kits.
There are no XP servers anymore, after R9 you can't host them anylonger.
So do as they said, join a 64 metro/conquest.
