Graphics bug?

Suddenly it became like this

As you can see by the water, it has a boarder of purple color.

I do have the lastest driver, and i've seen this thing before, how do i fix it?

I think it's supposed to be that way

Not by any chance, but i found out why, i turned of nVidia's anti-aliasing, and it all works better now.
