we know cause its a dishonorable discharge... therefore its forever... and you most likely can... ofc if you pm me i can get you to a place that gives free CA accounts anyway...

Ohhh ok but can i make another account?? and i play Maplestory on that account too. Like my passport for other games r they banned too? and is there anywya to get unbanned??? i sent them a ticket and il pm you what it said :P hopefully they will be kind and believe my lies

You can make more accounts, your Maplestory account is safe but possibly on a hack watch-list, and your ticket will be skimmed and either instantly denied or accepted with no thought.
