Account creater

A while ago there were a few programs out there used to create new accounts without having to use a new email, but apparently that method became patched. I'm wondering if there are any currently working ways to go about this?

yeh thier is if use the new elements on the combat arms page and possibly proxy to stop the 3 account per ip address
