i need help

i have a hp 64 bit and i dont know what i need for it its win7 so like can someone please post all the stuff i need for it to get the hacks to work i get a error saying unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue. the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue if you click quit. the application will be close immediately
access to the path "c:/program files (x86)\z8games\crossfire\mlang.dll' is denied.

btw when i start the game when the box come out saying .made by ... is white there is nothin there and i cant do anything the game freezes
