Blue Thunder

This is an abstract 3D model, heavily altered in Photoshop. Abstract is my favorite form of art, and this one was one of those 'spur-of-the-moment' creations. Working with no specific goal in mind.

Critique is a most welcome comment, so please do so if you can

Also, I have a larger version if any of you want to see more detail in the upper middle section.

I like it. Very nice move one the left to right mirror. Gives it a very nice defined look. To me it looks like a blue demon on a throne. I believe you also mirrored the whole from top to bottom and faded it alot. This really doesn't bring much to the piece and to me seems to be mostly a waste of space. If it wasn't so long then it wouldn't be so bad or even mabye if it just faded into darkness more gradually instead of suddenly as you made it.

Thank you for the comment, I'll see what I can do...Perhaps i'll post a close up of the area that is more 'throne'-ish. I have a larger version, and a close up is never bad if it maintains its detail

yay i got some compliments in there somewhere, and yes enigma i AM posting again. my maple hacks got detected after i sold it in game to a GM that i thought was a normal user.

anyway, now i see it thats quite nice. initially i thought it was just some deep c4d work, that would have taken time. but i see a little more attention to detail there. i can see you have had some time put your mind to this and it has paid off.

Did you make this yourself or did you use a C4D? Anyways, it looks really nice.
The only thing that I don't like is the reflection that makes theimage twice as big. If you want a reflection, try making it smaller and cut the bottom part off and fade it out.
