MW3 Hack Viruse

Hi I need some help. I only download hacks from this website and only MW3 Hacks. But since iv been downloading from here all my PC in seach, chat or anything it will randomly type "e" Iv ran Norton Virus scanes and it didn't pick up anything. Iv switched keey boards. So its not a key stuck.

Can someonee help me?

Run ESET Online Scanner here, you will need to use Internet Explorer. Once it's loaded and downloaded the signatures, ensure that Remove found threats and the option Scan unwanted applications is checked (under Advanced Settings). Click Scan and wait while it scans, it could take a while though. Report back if anything comes up.
