PIPA/SOPA Question

Okay, I know there have been a lot of SOPA/PIPA threads lately, and I'm sorry if I'm annoying you by this, but I must ask this question:
How reliable are the sites for voting against the PIPA/SOPA acts?

For example, I've found this site PROTECT IP Act Breaks the Internetⓘ as advertised on a Croatian website, but for voting, it requires a ZIP code, my adress, name and e-mail. I'd gladly like to vote, but I'm afraid of my information being misused.

Which sites did you vote on and did you put your actual information?

I live in canada and when i did it to help.. changed my ip to usa

Putting fake info now can't solve shit, if you really want to help put your real information.

But I live outside America, and since most sites lead to American government sites and shit like that, I wonder if that could affect the reliability or trustworthness of my vote.

Since PIPA/SOPA is American, you can't sign a petition outside the United States.
