I don't think Speed Hack can get you there.

. Fly hacks could but people don't make them anymore. They're buggy I believe. You can fly glitch though. But you need another person. Not sure if fly glitch is patched.

BUT I SOMONRE WROTE ON MY GLITCHTHAT WHEN HIS FRIEND ARE OFLLINE HE USE SPEED HACK TO GET UP

Well the better way to find your answer is asking to this user, or asking to the users on Glitch Section.
