crossfire zp problem

so..about like 10 weeks? ago, i tried out for the "earn free zp by doing s.u.r.v.e.y.s!" thing, so i did all s.u.r.v.e.y.s and i checked my acc...HURRAY I GOT ZP so i couldnt believe it i was so happy i practically ran around the house. I bought my first S.T.A.R, and whatever, you dont need to know what i bought lol.
Okay so yesterday...I needed more zp (okay fine. I wanted more zp), so i went to z8games and did the s.u.r.v.e.y.s, just like what they told me to do. After the time delay, i checked my acc, but no zp came. But i wasnt fooled, i knew some s.u.r.v.e.y.s just dont work. But like about 10 s.u.r.v.e.y.s i finished completely, and after like an hour i checked back but NOTHING. Okay at that time i was a little confused. I couldn't even do anymore s.u.r.v.e.y.s cause they were now mostly left with car insurance, quotes things, purchase stuff like netflix... And yes i had my z8 website on the whole time. (i didnt go to the mainpage in case it might distract the offer status). And i cant even check my status because i cant see any "check offer status" thing anymore! Before i could, but now i cant!!! It's like gone of update or stuff like that. Please help!! I need a lot of revive tokens because i'm a ZM lover.
