Zone Protection Plugin[EASY AND GOOD]

Title basically says it all, I need an easy-to-use zone protection system for bukkit, I've tried several and none are the one I want, I want one there you select your area with a pre-defined tool and can set it so everybody can go in, but cannot destroy/place blocks.

Get back to me ASAP, please!

I dislike world guard, not very good at using it.. =\

I still suggest WorldGuard and region flags. Flags include the ability to allow/disallow hundreds of things.
