Is it possile to mod the amount of ammo?

no ammo is server sided and therfore cannot be modified my .rez mods
Get to CSM and you'll unlock the fragpack.
umm, it possible to make it but it doesnt do any damage, fires blanks
so how to make it viual ? in hex edid ****b file or what ? 
It would only be visual.
