Hacks not working?

Yesterday I was using the MPGH.NET Crossfire Professional Hack V8.1 by Hensley and it worked fine, but then today, when I use it once I get in-game XTrap says the game executable file is not normal or an abormal memory access has been detected. Why? I'm running Windows XP.

try to defrag your game with game booster or use the hacks cleaner posted and stickied in injectors and multi tools section and then try again
if it wont work after this just wait for a new hack , i heard Assassin Creed will release one soon
