[Help] UGC and Ultimateay points?

UGC and Ultimateay points?

Sorry if this was asked before, but I searched everywhere for an answer, and everyone just leaves it half-answered so I just want to know the answer from someone who has experienced this if possible or if anyone has any idea about it.

I bought 3 $10 Ultimate Gamers Cards, I redeemed first one and when I try to redeem the second and third one, they don't go in. When I check my email from UltimatePay.com, it says the two other cards are pending... and "When we received your previous payment, we were unable to apply it to your Nexon America account. Nexon America allows only one payment per UltimatePay order. We apologize for the inconvenience. "
They gave me 2000 UltimatePay points for the remaining $20, when I try to redeem it in nexon, same thing happen ^

How long is the pending? Approximately when will I get the other two cards in? How long does "one Ultimatepay order" last...

Thats weird. I can just use all UGC directly after each other without any problems

The redeemed card becomes UltimatePay Points which I right now have 2000 points. When I try to redeem the points for NX, they keep emailing me the thing below:
